According to https://www.influxdata.com/blog/package-signing-key-rotation the preferred signing key for influxdata package repositories changed in early 2026. Update to the new preferred key. and store COPR webhook URLs as list [stable/2025.1]: Amended for old job structure, drop the unused copr secret and the dockerhub jobs that were no longer used for some time.
